Delete your account

Kampus Connect accounts are managed in our mobile app. You can remove your account yourself in a few steps, or ask our team to process a manual deletion if you cannot access the app.

Option 1 — Delete in the app (fastest)

Open the Kampus Connect app and sign in.
Go to Settings.
Open Delete account, read the summary, enter your password, and confirm.

Option 2 — Email support

Email hello@kampusconnect.app from an address you can access. Include the email address you use to sign in to Kampus Connect so we can verify and complete the request.
